POSITION INFORMATION Role Summary This role works in support of the Studio Operations Manager, to manage projects by determining allocation of resources, supporting the design team, and by tracking production and internal input within the Creative Studio. This role uses established processes to manage campaigns. Scope & Complexity As an individual contributor role, this position provides quality assurance and system support activities to ensure the operation for projects in the Creative Studio perform to customers' expectations. Key Duties * Production * Leads campaign projects using the processes and systems put in place by the Studio Ops Manager. * Utilizes system software to manage campaigns, and to ensure timely production. Provides system support activities to support the Creative Studio. Works with different departments to ensure collaboration in system development and use. * Translates requests into a Project Brief. Provides timely responses to requestors to assess projects, define objectives, scope and identify resources, timeline, and other needs. * Develops project plans and schedules that support customer needs. Works with customers and business units to define the objectives, scope, and project deliverables. Identifies opportunities to expedite project delivery or reduce cost. * Responsible for real-time communication through every phase of the project from inquiry/request to final deliverable. * Communication * Maintains status of requests for transparency and reporting. Monitors cost to make sure projects are within budget. * Creates content for marketing campaigns and builds customer communications. * Works effectively with internal and external groups to ensure successful completion of programs and projects. * Schedules all meetings and reviews, takes clear and concise notes in all meetings. Communicates follow-ups. * Monitors production flow of assigned work and identifies opportunities for process improvements. Identifies any possible timeline issues along with recommended actions for correction. Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills Required * A minimum of 3 years of experience in production within a creative studio, agency or in-house team * Demonstrated project management experience * Excellent communication skills (e.g., verbal, written, and listening). * Demonstrated aptitude towards problem identification, resolution and comprehension and interpretation of technical procedures. * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and follow-through to completion. * High school diploma or equivalent is required. * Minimum age of 18. * Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred * A Bachelor of Arts or Science degree with a focus in Marketing, project management, or related field Job-Specific Leadership Expectations Embody our values to own safety, do the right thing, be kind-hearted, deliver performance, and be remarkable.
