    Job Summary:
    The Business Analyst II position is the primary liaison between business and E&T stakeholders, providing innovative solutions to business objectives. The incumbent will be responsible for solving a range of stakeholder challenges for projects, products, and/or initiatives of medium scope or complexity.

    Job Description:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plans and monitors Business Analysis approach to arrive at the optimum approach given the current project or product needs
    • Identifies and applies elicitation and collaboration techniques with stakeholders to confirm, communicate, and manage delivered outcomes
    • Manages requirements life cycle by assessing and approving requirement details, traceability, prioritization, and changes to ensure alignment between solutions requirements and design
    • Identifies and applies analysis and modeling techniques by recommending, specifying, verifying, and validating requirements to support stakeholder solutions and value
    • Evaluates solutions by measuring and assessing limitations and effectiveness to ensure delivered value to stakeholders
    • Analyzes strategies by identifying current and future state needs, assessing risks, and developing a change strategy to define solution scope
    • Guides and mentors other Business Analysts in business domain knowledge and business analysis practice
    • Designs and creates actionable deliverables at each stage of change including but not limited to communication strategy, sponsor roadmaps, training, and resistance management plans
    • Communicates with internal stakeholders on change management strategy and presents on execution to stakeholders
    • Coordinates the organizational change efforts including the assignment of roles and responsibilities as it relates to change initiative efforts

    Qualifications:

    Minimum Qualifications

    Highschool diploma/GED, 2 years of experience in Transportation/Logistics, AND/OR 1 year of experience in a Business Analyst role and/or equivalent military experience

    AND/OR Demonstration of the following skills and abilities through education, certifications, military, or other experiences:

    • Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers
    • Knowledge of the activities, tasks, practices, and deliverables for assessing and documenting business opportunities; ability to assess the benefits, risks, and success factors of potential applications
    • Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors
    • Ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment
    • Knowledge of techniques to successfully effect change in an organization and ability to manage the successful and smooth transition from current to desired culture, practices, structure, and overall organizational environment

    Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Statistics or related field, or a suitable combination of education, experience, and training with the demonstration of the following:

    • Experience integrating Warehouse Management Systems with Warehouse Control Systems and automated solutions, including conveyance, automated guided vehicles, autonomous mobile robots, and imaging solutions
    • Experience in facility design and physical business process definition, including integrations of automated material handling systems with labor
    • Experience integrating a warehouse management system with external order booking and related business systems (such as ERP, CRM, TMS, YMS, etc)

    Compensation:

    Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
