The TA Coordinator also serves as the contact for administering the company relocation program, acts as a liaison between the new hire, Hiring Manager and the relocation vendor partners, as applicable. This role has significant interaction with candidates, employees and managers; the ability to provide high levels of customer service is critical to this position. The TA Coordinator has frequent interaction with new and existing employees, and is expected to contribute to a positive experience and first impression and as an ambassador of companys culture to both internal and external contacts. A high degree of organization, accuracy in processing criminal background, reference, education and other onboarding related transactions, monitoring of progress of candidates, communicating regularly with all stakeholders, resolving delays, escalating issues, as needed to ensure a timely and smooth process for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers. Minimum of 3-5 years of HR, Guest or Customer Service in Hospitality or related experience. Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational skills, attention to detail, good business acumen and time management skills are required. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, outgoing, engaging, polished and professional presence. The ability to effectively interact with candidates, as well as employees and managers at all levels, is critical. Position requires knowledge of onboarding processes, policies, and practices.
