Essential Duties/Responsibilities: * Promotes and sells all Home Service Plus products and services through inbound calls, outbound calls and electronic correspondence to achieve individual and team sales goals. Recommends products, explains features and benefits to enhance customers knowledge, and gains customer commitment to our recommendation. Completes profile with contract information, and/or schedules maintenance appointment in CRM. * Completes merchandise purchase agreements promptly including finance charges, discounts, tax, and payment terms to insure accurate billing for the customer. Maintains sales files. Makes courtesy call to customer after installation to answer questions and ensures complete satisfaction. * Responds to inquiries on field-related products, qualifies sales leads, enters leads into Lead Management System, and schedules appointments using territory guidelines. * Manages leads from initial entry of data through the appointment, sale, or no-sale resolution. * Documents customer data in Lead Management System. * Contacts customers in open leads using follow-up feature in LMS to maximize sales opportunities. * Updates personal sales activity in LMS for products sold over the telephone. * Resolves customer complaints regarding purchases and installations to ensure customer satisfaction, responds appropriately, guides the complaint through established channels, and follows up to complete resolution. * Attends sales and vendor training meetings to enhance and maintain effective sales skills and product knowledge. Completes all other training as needed for system updates and department initiatives.

Demonstrates diligence, aggressiveness, initiative, adaptability, creativity, integrity, and personal development. Qualifications Education: Requires high school diploma or equivalent knowledge of English, basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and calculation of fractions and/or percentages), grammar spelling, and punctuation. Experience: Requires a minimum of two years sales experience in inside sales, phone sales, retail sales or other direct sales environment. Additional Knowledge, Skills, Licenses/Certifications, Abilities & Personal Characteristics (KSLAPs): * Able to meet and maintain performance and attendance criteria for the job. * Able to demonstrate proven sales skills including listening, persuasion, presentation, overcoming objections, closing, and creating customer loyalty. * Able to demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills including excellent telephone etiquette. * Able to demonstrate and apply a strong customer focus and deliver superior service. * Able to apply basic mathematics to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and calculation of fractions and percentages and arrive at correct results. * Able to learn mechanical principles of our products. * Able to pay attention to detail and demonstrate good organizational skills. * Able to use a personal computer and software including data entry and inquiry skills. * Able to meet all physical requirements, competency-based assessments, pre-employment background checks, pre-employment drug screen and other selection criteria determined by the Company.
