    Hallmark Aviation Services is seeking a Contract and Sales Administrator to provide exceptional service in supporting the company’s product and brand for well-known international airlines across the nation.

    Key Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

    • Manage and oversee contracts from start to finish

    • Draft, negotiate, and finalize contract terms

    • Develop and outline operational budgets

    • Oversee rate management and pricing strategies

    • Cultivate and maintain customer relationships

    • Analyze customer activity and proactively anticipate their needs

    • Create, update, and maintain marketing materials

    • Attend industry conferences and customer meetings

    • Participate in frequent travel as required

    Essential Requirements & Qualifications:

    • Proven ability to build and sustain strong relationships with contract and station managers in the airline industry

    • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills (both oral and written)

    • Strong knowledge of contract law and legal principles

    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and contract management software

    • Ability to effectively manage pressure and handle multiple tasks with minimal direction

    • Highly organized, creative, and resourceful with an entrepreneurial mindset

    • Experience in ground handling contract management is preferred

    • Comfortable working with diverse cultures and adapting to their business practices

    • Flexibility to work nights and weekends as project demands dictate

    Location: Los Angeles, CA
    Salary Range: $34 to $38 per hour

  • Qualifications
    • Proficiency in Microsoft and Mac/Apple environments, Google Suite, and Adobe. Microsoft Excel proficiency is preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written, and demonstrated collaborative approach to project management and participation within a team environment.
    • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and meticulous attention to accuracy and timeliness.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in order to meet goals and deadlines. Ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines, and adjust to unanticipated demands.
    • Ability to learn and understand the use of visual storytelling and branding—particularly as they relate to recruitment and enrollment.
    • Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
    • Ability to think strategically about the University’s brand identity and recruitment strategies.
    • Ability to lift, move, and/or carry equipment and supplies up to 50 lbs. and to load and transport admissions materials, displays, and equipment.
