    A Coyote 24.7 Dispatch Support Representative is focused on customer service, but the Coyote 24.7 Team is not your average call center. It is a fun, fast-paced and team-oriented environment. The Coyote 24.7 Team is connected, routinely interacting with multiple departments across the company. Coyote’s Driver Line receives over 5,000 inbound calls every day. The 24.7 Team answers each and every one. Whether it’s providing a simple piece of information or facilitating a complex solution, the Coyote 24.7 Team is there to help with a friendly voice and a No Excuses mentality. Do you have both?     We are looking for full-time employees for our Coyote 24.7 Team. Full-time is 40 hours a week.

    WE ARE ACTIVELY HIRING WITH FOCUS ON THE FOLLOWING SHIFTS (BASED ON AVAILABILITY):

    1ST SHIFT WEEKDAY: M-F 08:00-17:00

    2ND SHIFT WEEKDAY: M-F 15:00-00:00

    Skills, Characteristics, and Experience:

    • High School Degree or equivalent
    • Effective communication and customer service skills
    • Enthusiasm and high energy
    • Extreme multi-tasking ability
    • Attention to detail and confident decision-making skills
    • Bilingual/Multilingual capabilities encouraged to apply (We are currently focusing on Spanish speakers, but any other language proficiency is welcome to apply.)
    • No transportation experience necessary
