Job Description
The CRM Product Analyst will be part of the team responsible for designing, deploying, enhancing, and supporting Coyote’s Dynamics365 sales applications. The CRM Product Analyst role is an exciting opportunity to work with leading technology and contribute to Coyote’s strategic business objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- This position will be focused on the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of Coyote’s rapidly growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 footprint including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service applications.
- Work as a contributing team member on a high performing, tight-knit team and provide Dynamics expertise to all team members. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are a must.
- Identify and resolve issues or gaps to meet strategic, financial or technical goals.
- Lead business process analysis, creating detailed CRM process flows, configurations, and functional requirements documents.
- Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to generate alternatives, evaluate tradeoffs and recommend paths to iteratively deliver value.
- Help the business team through the entire life cycle of CRM implementation and adoption, providing key inputs during design, migrating data from external systems, conducting and supporting solution testing, user training, and general change management.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- 5 or more years experience working as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Analyst
- 2 or more years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Marketing Automation, Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Extensive experience gathering business requirements and translating requirements into narrative, detailed and technical requirements
- Experience configuring and prototyping solutions in Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform
- Ability to prioritize job responsibilities in a rapidly changing work environment
- Experience performing as a Product Owner on data integration and/or reporting projects strongly preferred (preferably Microsoft SQL Server and Power BI).
