On a daily basis youll contact internal and external customers to assess their needs, collect data, verify documents, and ensure the timely completion of loan applications. Reporting to our Operations Manager - Credit, this is a full-time/hourly role centrally located in Sorrento Valley. What Youll Be Doing: * Contact potential customers, Account Directors and/or Installer Partners * Process loan applications in compliance with Dividends policies, meeting investor guidelines, and demonstrating lending strategies * Track documents to ensure timely completion of applications * Write email and other communications * Process loan applications in compliance with DF policies * Meeting investor guidelines * Additional projects as needed Skills & Experience: * Top notch communication and customer service skills are essential * Possessing a vibrant, energetic attitude and a results orientation * Having thrived in a team-oriented, collaborative and fast-paced environment * Experience writing effective communications required * Be GREAT at details: able to cross the Ts and dot the Is * Strong project management capabilities * High school degree or equivalent required; higher education a strong plus * Up to 2 years credit operations experience preferred * Knowledge of lending best practices a plus * Experience in fields such as mortgage, escrow, title, or accounting a plus * Prior experience or knowledge of finance, energy efficiency, renewable energy, or other construction related upgrades preferred Perks plus special features in this San Diego location: * Casual dress environment * Great company culture * Office lunches every week * Exercise gym on site * Walkable to a wide variety of eateries and coffee houses * Near the Sorrento Valley Coaster Station with a shuttle service nearby Dividend Finance, LLC. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
