    Job Summary:

    Under close supervision, this position is responsible for assisting with all facets of university and college recruiting, marketing, and hiring. This position requires an independent professional who is naturally detail-oriented, uber organized, and has experience with coordinating events and administrative duties. Above all, this position requires the ability to provide exceptional customer service and support to the business.

    Job Description:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the registration of on-campus recruiting events
    • Maintain job postings on university and college career sites
    • Request invoices and submit payments for university and college recruiting events
    • Create presentations to present to various student groups during tours, classroom visits, and information sessions
    • Assist with the university and college internship program, co-ops, and shadow days
    • Assist with social media efforts to engage and attract university and college students
    • Prepare reports and data entry
    • Contribute new solutions to university and college recruiting challenges
    • Assist with university and college recruiting, hiring, and orientation as needed
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 6+ months of experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Associate's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Business or related field and 1 year or more of experience
    • Ability to exercise discretion
    • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
    • Ability to multitask
    • Excellent people skills with a professional demeanor and attributes
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with all levels within the organization
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
    • Proven ability to establish and manage multiple, competing priorities
    • Self-motivated
    • Superior customer service

    Compensation:

    Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.

    The Company offers the following benefits for full-time positions, subject to applicable eligibility requirements, as may be in effect from time to time: medical benefit, dental benefit, vision benefit, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, paid time off commensurate with tenure (includes vacation and sick time), six weeks of paid maternity leave along with two weeks of paid parental leave, and six paid holidays annually.
