    We are seeking a HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST with exceptional people and communication skills, strong work ethic, and preferably, experience and knowledge in Customer Service and HOSPITALITY.

    RECRUITER SUMMARY:

    The HR Generalist will assist and support the Human Resources Department in selecting suitable candidates in the customer service and hospitality positions.
    The HR Generalist will Coordinate the acquisition, onboarding, orienting and processing of new employees in addition to other HR Responsibilities.
    The HR Generalist will create, identify, and maintain relationships with local and online networks (such as Local Colleges and Universities, Restaurants, Bistros, Community outlets, Online Job Boards, etc. )

    Previous experience in Human Resources or as in a Recruiting Role or similar HR role is required.

    DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS:

    • Oversee the daily operations of HR and Office Administrative tasks
    • Ensure all federal, state, local laws and Corporate HR-related compliance matters are updated and managed
    • Coordinate pre-screening, phone screening, interview scheduling, pre-employment testing, new hire paperwork, and new hire orientation.
    • Assess applicant suitability based on the Job Description, Required Skills, and Job Requirements
    • Assist with filling, collating, and copying as requested.
    • Monitor Resumes/Applications to keep active for 60 days/24 months retention
    • Answer employment inquiries over the phone, fax, and in-person.
    • Assist with other HR duties including badging, issuing uniforms, drug screening, performing background checks, some training coordination, and workers compensation.
    • Generate quarterly and other staffing reports.
    • Provide interpretation of company personnel policies and procedures.
    • Be able to work in a fast pace, corporate environment
    • Meet strict deadlines to ensure that the airline operation is fully staffed
    • Communicate with and report to airline clients and managers on recruitment (progress, needs, etc)

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Must be able to fulfill the job responsibilities listed above
    • Must be able to secure and maintain an Airport ID with customs clearance (pass a Federal Background Check & FBI Fingerprinting)
    • Must have and maintain a valid drivers license
    • Must be 18 years or older
    • Must have a high school diploma, some college preferred
    • Must maintain professional appearance and conduct
    • Must be computer literate and tech savvy
    • Must be able to multitask
