    Position: Industrial Engineer
    Location: Kinston, NC (Relocation Required)
    Employment Type: Open-Ended Contract
    Work Setup: This position is not remote. While listed as remote to reach a broader candidate pool, the role requires on-site work in Kinston, NC.

    We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Industrial Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of quality within the aerospace industry. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the success of world-class aerospace programs.

    • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
    • Develop and implement industrial engineering solutions to support production, assembly, and testing operations.
    • Design and optimize production layouts, workflows, and resource allocation for aerospace components.
    • Utilize lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies to reduce waste and improve productivity.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, quality, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration of processes.
    • Perform time studies, capacity analyses, and cost analyses to support production planning and decision-making.
    • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
    • Monitor and ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in BI Reports
    • Proven experience in industrial engineering, preferably within the aerospace industry.
    • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques.
    • Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, CATIA, SolidWorks, or similar).
    • Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulations.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
    • Hold a TN Visa
