SUMMARY
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Accurately and promptly Input orders to customer specifications for delivery.
- Have a professional and respectful voice over the phone, with the ability to deescalate tense situations.
- Solve problems in a timely manner while fostering lasting business relationship with our customers.
- Must be familiar with our delivery areas and must be able to assist drivers in finding jobsites, through the use of accurate directions on customer order.
- Must be able to determine travel time to jobs and best plant locations to service the job.
- Able and willing to work overtime and varying shifts including weekends.
- Review and verify accurate delivery and product information on orders prior to releasing to shipping.
- Must be able to perform in high call volume situations while multitasking with Sales, QC, Billing, and team members in the office.
- Able to remain calm and decisive in a potential high stress/fast paced work environment

Education and/or Experience
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Prior dispatch experience, high volume call center experience a plus.
- Ready Mix industry experience a plus.
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) strongly suggested to apply.
- Computer Skills: Command Alkon, Trimview, MS Office, typing skills, internet navigation.
