Our Logistics Specialist supports their team, and their success depends on group collaboration and cross-departmental communication.
Ingram Barge Company, the leading carrier on America’s inland waterways, is seeking a Logistics Support Specialist in our Nashville, TN office. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual who has superior organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. At the core of the company’s operations, this position will positively impact the financial position of the company by performing revenue generating activities and applying general accounting principles.

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
1-3 years of experience required.
Ability to work rotating weekends and some holidays. Every calendar day of the year must be covered by your team.
Ability to self-manage and keep on task without heavy monitoring or being in the office.
Sharp triage skills and critical thinking amidst heavy incoming email traffic is a must.
Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills

iLog Admin, iLog Logistics, Prometheus, OnBase, OTM, TowBoat Orders, Orderbook, CMS, UTM, CounterPoint, Automated Demurrage, GrainPro MS Access DB, Sharepoint, WiFi and Net Mobility Client.
