Our door-to-door service provides 330 Vehicles comprised of Sedans and lift -equipped buses to the elderly and disabled who are unable to use mass transit within the Five Boroughs, Western Nassau and parts of Westchester County via the NYCT Access-A-Ride Program. Our company's history dates back to 2001, making it the oldest and most experienced Access-A-Ride Carrier. We currently hold the largest Fleet in the industry operating out of East NY, and are the only 24-Hour Service of its kind. Providing Excellent Service is our business. Responsibilities · Maintain the punctuality and performance of the Para Transit Route · Exercise Passenger Sensitivity · Document Driver Performance, Routes discrepancies, Breakdowns, Accidents, etc. · Customer Service · Promote Safe Driving Habits · Enforce Company Policies and Procedures. BENEFITS: $15.00 /hr. to start. Must have at least 1 year dispatching experience in transportation. Prior experience will be taken into consideration. · Emblem EPO Health Coverage: $65.00 weekly employee contributions. · United Health Care Dental/Vision: $5.10 weekly employee contributions. · PTO (Paid Time Off) · Vacation - 1 week after 1 year, 2nd week after 3 years. · Life Insurance - $25,000 Life Insurance policy paid by company after 1 year of employment.
