Job Summary:
Under general direction, the Manager II, Application Development leads multiple teams or a larger, more complex team within the technology organization. This role requires both technical expertise and strategic management skills to ensure the successful delivery of projects and alignment with business objectives. The Manager II will provide leadership, manage resources, optimize processes, and drive innovation within the team, while also collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration/Management, Information Technology, or related field, or foreign equivalent, or suitable combination of education, experience, and training WITH at least 2 years of experience in an Engineering and Technology role AND WITH at least 1 year of experience managing a team, or 4 years of experience in an Engineering and Technology role WITH at least 1 year of experience managing a team
AND/OR Demonstration of the following skills and abilities through education, certifications, military, or other experiences:
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or foreign equivalent, or suitable combination of education, experience and training WITH 5 years of Engineering and Technology experience WITH at least 2 years of experience managing an Engineering and Technology team
Experience with Application Development in an Agile environment
Experience with Azure and/or Jira

Compensation:
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
