    Job Description

    Virgin Red will soon be launching a new cobrand credit card in the US market, with Virgin Hotels and Virgin Voyages serving as key strategic partners critical to the card's success. This newly created role will be contracted through Virgin Red, the card's owner, but will be fully seconded to Virgin Hotels and Virgin Voyages to support their product-related activities.

    The role involves everything from planning to executing acquisition and engagement initiatives through Virgin Hotels and Virgin Voyages channels. Beyond managing cross-channel initiatives to meet commercial objectives, this position offers significant opportunity to shape product development and enhance digital customer experiences that drive cobrand card growth.

    Tell me more

    • Drive end-to-end delivery of Virgin Hotels and Virgin Voyages marketing initiatives from initial briefing through regulatory approval, sign-off, and launch across digital platforms.
    • Oversee Co-brand workstreams and stakeholder management, including tracking deliverables and removing obstacles to execution of the marketing plan.
    • Serve as Virgin Hotels' and Virgin Voyages’ key representative in cross-Virgin company meetings and joint marketing planning sessions.
    • Monitor and analyze Co-brand performance metrics in Virgin Hotels' and Virgin Voyages’ channels, leveraging insights to enhance marketing effectiveness
    • Lead digital channel optimization initiatives, including instant card issuance programs, using data-driven insights to maximize card acquisition opportunities.

    What you’ll need

    • Proven background in growth delivery, with strong preference for experience in travel loyalty or financial services sectors.
    • Familiarity with co-brand partnerships, with the ability to navigate complex legal considerations.
    • Demonstrated expertise in CRM (Customer Relationshoip Mangement) and digital strategy.
    • Demonstrated expertise in project management, including coordinating deliverables, managing timelines, and driving multiple workstreams simultaneously.
    • Track record of developing and executing marketing plans that deliver significant commercial results, particularly in a matrix organization.
    • Strong communication skills with proven ability to write briefs, convey ideas, and set clear expectations with both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Exceptional relationship building abilities across all organizational levels, demonstrating success in managing diverse stakeholder partnerships.
    • Ability to adapt to occasional travel requirements.

    The extra details

    Location : Our Virgin Hotels' and Virgin Voyages’ Miami, Florida hubs & your home space
    Salary : $95,000 - $115,000, depending on experience.
