Applies process management and process improvement techniques to resolve production concerns
Uses problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills to develop innovative solutions to manufacturing problems
Gathers data, conducts analyses, and develops recommendations for implementation of new systems and processes
Facilitates work teams, provides necessary training, and leads problem resolution and process improvement
Qualifications
Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience within aerospace manufacturing operations and/or a comparable manufacturing operations
Strong Leadership with Projects and Initiatives
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Proven RCCA(Root Cause and Corrective Action) process skills and experience
Subject matter expert with minimum 5 years’ experience in composites bonding with composite materials and manufacturing processes.
5 to 8 years of experience in an engineering classification / position or a Master's degree with 3 to 6 years of experience in an engineering classification
