    Job Summary:
    Under general supervision, this position is responsible for creating, improving, and implementing processes and systems related to marketing productivity, driving best practices in marketing automation, managing data governance across J.B. Hunt's customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and managing and uncovering analytics to drive business results. This key position will oversee the efficient management of J.B. Hunt's marketing technology stack, database integrity, and the downstream interactions with J.B. Hunt's pipeline.

    Job Description:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and continuously monitor daily/weekly/quarterly reporting of database key performance indicators (KPIs), including campaign performance, company’s pipeline, and revenue attribution

    • Optimize and recommend improvements to marketing technology stack, including, but not limited to, overall plan for utilization and regular health checks on performance and effectiveness

    • Support the marketing automation platform's infrastructure and architecture to achieve outstanding campaign execution, reporting, and analytics

    • Ensure seamless data strategy, data flow, and integration between CRM systems and marketing automation platforms to maintain data accuracy and facilitate personalized marketing efforts

    • Own the multi-attribution model and develop a method for refinement and optimization

    • Lead the end-to-end data strategy and business requirements for marketing automation and align data model and reporting needs: regularly interface with cross-functional teams on enterprise-level projects and issues

    • Optimize marketing automation and processes by applying best practices to J.B. Hunt's marketing automation platform instances

    • Implement lead-to-sales funnel automation processes, policies, workflows, marketing programs, and KPIs

    • Define and execute improvements to enhance productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign return-on-investment (ROI) and sales growth

    • Work closely with internal clients to develop a closed-loop feedback process that provides insight into the effectiveness of marketing processes; review results of campaigns and work with the respective campaign owners to identify beneficial improvements

    • Support the rollout of campaigns to align marketing and sales initiatives, ensuring that sales and marketing are generating sufficient lead and pipeline generation

    • Serve as a subject matter expert on J.B. Hunt's marketing systems and data flows and seek out industry best practices and proactively incorporate relevant ideas

    Qualifications:

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with at least 5 years of experience with marketing automation tools, data analytics, or related field with at least 2 years of which being digital analytics, buyer, automation and/or marketing experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience using a Marketing Automation tool
    • Experience with Email Marketing
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
    • Experience with Data Management
    • Experience in customer relationship management tools, including reporting and field management
    • Ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas through various mediums
    • Ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner
    • Knowledge of approaches and techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving operations or process problems
    • Ability to process information with high levels of accuracy
    • Ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment
    • Ability to develop and track challenging goals that support business strategies
    • Understanding of demand generation and the lead-to-sales funnel
    • Experience with Marketo or similar platform

    Compensation:

    Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
