Responsibilities: * Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment
by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety
Program. * The day to day administration of payroll, responding to
general inquiries and provide consistent and effective follow up to
facility employees. * Complete qualification process for Service
Providers, including insurance requirements. * Maintain all employee
personnel files and regularly audit for compliance. * Provide
administrative assistance regarding HR issues * Review and process
invoices from vendors and oversees the processing of the accounts
payable checks. * Answer telephone and provides information in
accordance with company policy; screens calls and take messages *
Establish and maintain files and records * Data entry daily settlements
for specials and work with RSP to resolve unsettled stops * Coordinate
office events/activities ( Scheduling, order food and beverages) *
Coordinating vendors, filing, storing, printing, mailing, faxing,
scanning * Schedule building maintenance (Ex. HVAC, fire inspections,
plumbing, etc.) * Order office supplies specific to facility needs *
Responsible on uploading documents and processing onboarding in HRIS
system. * Perform any other task or assignment as deemed necessary by
the organization Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: This position requires:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. * The ability to
effectively present information and respond to questions. * The ability
to communicate and interface with many customer, vendors, and corporate
employees. * The ability to read and apply common sense understanding to
carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. * The ability
to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized
situations. * The ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using
whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. * The ability to apply
strict confidentiality rules to daily workload. * The ability to problem
solve. * Min of 3 years Admin experience Organizational Relationship:
Provide advisement to employees, management and branch personnel,
regarding payroll processing and implementation. Works closely with the
Facility General Manager. Application: Proficiency in Windows
applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook. Prefer ADP application
experience. Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job,
the employee will work in an office environment. The noise level in the
work environment is usually moderate. Physical Demands: While performing
the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or
hear. The employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to handle or
feel; and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required
by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. May
occasionally need to lift up to 50lbs. Minimum Requirements: Must
possess a minimum of three years of management or
administrative/clerical experience; or related schooling or training; or
the equivalent combination of both. Bachelors degree preferred; High
School diploma or GED accepted with appropriate training and experience.
Incumbent must be of excellent moral character and high ethical
