    Job Description

    Scope of Position

    Using strong communication skills and deadline management, Regional Sales Operations will effectively collaborate with a variety of people and job functions, accomplishing tasks of moderate to high complexity and scope, and have the ability to perform in a challenging and fast-paced environment. The Regional Sales Operations role supports all Business Development efforts in the Southwest region.

    Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

    Reporting Structure

    • Regional Vice President via local District Sales Manager; dotted line to Americas

    Key Deliverables

    Sales Support

    • Support and attend weekly regional sales meetings
    • Manage and distribute sales leads
    • Organize sales training sessions for your region
    • Manage company visitors and arrange meeting schedules with sales team

    Reporting

    • Deliver reporting on a frequent basis to support sales initiatives and data integrity
    • Leader, expert and advocate of Sales Enablement tools
    • Closely aligned with Geo Sales Operations for all sales reporting

    Bids

    • Facilitate bid organization and responses for region’s bid owners (Executive summaries, qualitative responses, formatting,
    • deadline management, accuracy of response, etc.)
    • Regional expert on bid management and facilitation

    Events

    • Coordinate and deliver customer-facing regional events for the Business Development teams
    • Analyze and deliver survey responses

    Marketing

    • Regional leader, expert and advocate of templates and branding guidelines
    • Lead and manage regional marketing needs aligned with the regional Tactical Business Plan expectations
    • Coordinate with the regional Business Development teams to manage and deliver Targeted Marketing Campaign and Regional
    • Newsletter emails

    Personal Growth

    • Attend training & development sessions to understand the requirements of Sales and Sales Operations

    District Sales Operations

    • Lead and support with job responsibilities
    • Advocate GEO Sales Operations strategy
    • Work closely with GEO Sales Operations
    • Take on additional assignments, as required, in support of Business Development in the district/region
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications: Please review and make modifications in bold as needed.

    • High School Degree or equivalent required
    • Successful candidates must pass a background check
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
    • Must not require future sponsorship for employment visa
    • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
    • Must have the ability to work overtime in support of the department’s needs
    • Must be able to commute to the city of _Torrance, CA (LAX), San Diego, CA (SAN), Scottsdale, AZ (PHX) OR Ogden, UT (SLC). _Torrance, CA is preferred.
    • Comfortable with numbers and basic mathematical skills
    • Comfortable working in an office environment at a desk.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • 2-5 years in Business Development, Marketing, Communications or Project Management roles
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
    • The ability to work off-site for local events
    • The ability to travel for trainings or events as needed
    • Strong problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
    • Strong ability to interpret and act upon sales analytics insights to drive regional strategies.
    • Ability to work productively both individually and in a team environment
    • Sense of urgency for goal achievement
    • Strong grammar and writing skills
    • Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
