Qualifications
Knowledge:
- Expeditors company policies and procedures knowledge
- Strong knowledge of our market and competition
- Learn and become an expert in Expeditors operating systems as well as excel, visio, process mapping, access.
Skills:
- Stellar interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word etc.).
- Ability to create/write and articulate business plans.
- Demonstrated desire to provide excellent customer service

Training Requirements:
- Meet company standards of 52 hours training per year, including as needed management/leadership training
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
