Miramar, FL 33025 The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides superior
customer service to all Spirit Acquisition team members and candidates
for all Talent Acquisition related activities. The Talent Acquisition
coordinator also ensure that Spirit Airlines attracts and selects the
right talent in every role and builds the capabilities and performance
of our workforce to achieve our vision, execute our strategies and meet
our commitments. Responsibilities * Results Recruitment: Assist and
support recruiting Team with Open Houses preparation. * Post jobs in the
ATS database and other niche job boards. Schedule on-site interviews for
various business units. * Travel: Arrange travel and lodging for
selected applicants, pilots and recruiting team. * Communication Skills:
Communicate with candidates and interviewers ensuring proper
arrangements are made for on-site interviews and on boarding for new
hires. * Administrative Support: Work with Recruiters to ensure offer
packet is accurate and complete. Maintain and update new hire documents.

Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Demonstrated knowledge
with applicant tracking system * May perform other responsibilities as
