    Job Description

    The Global Endpoint Management team within Expeditors helps internal teams with an array of modern and relevant endpoint technologies that deliver a productive, stable, secure and exciting user experience and works closely with teams like Cybersecurity, Networking, Unified Communications and Data Centers.

    The Systems Administrator plays a key role in a cross-functional agile development team and is responsible for the design, support and production of our Global Endpoint Management systems, applications and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, collaborative team player and problem solver.

    Responsibilities include troubleshooting endpoints, OSD, scripting, application deployment, OS and 3rd party application patching, designing and implementing new endpoint technology.

    This position is on-site and will reside in the greater Seattle, WA. area at one of the following locations depending on availability. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.

    Qualifications

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Extensive experience supporting Windows OS
    • Experience with OSD and App Deployments
    • Strong skills with SCCM and Intune
    • Extensive skills utilizing PowerShell
    • Understanding of Conditional Access policies
    • Strong experience using on-prem Active Directory and Azure Entra ID (Azure AD)
    • Excellent analytical skills that demonstrate expertise with break/fix issues and opportunities for proactive improvements
    • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to all audiences

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • PowerShell scripting skills
    • Experience with Macs/iPads
    • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, including endpoint protection, threat detection, and compliance standards
    • Extensive experience configuring Conditional Access policies
    • Understanding of design scalability, performance, and reliability
    • Degree in a related field (Computer Science, Programming, etc.)

    Additional Information

    Expected base salary: $80,000 to $150,000

    May be eligible for bonus following first year of continuous employment in position.
