    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Project Manager . This dual-role position requires a blend of project management expertise and recruiting skills to successfully lead projects while sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities, alongside a keen understanding of talent acquisition strategies and project execution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Management Duties:

    • Oversee and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the successful completion of key initiatives.
    • Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and address any issues or roadblocks to ensure timely delivery.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
    • Monitor project risks and propose mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts.
    • Conduct regular project status meetings, provide updates, and prepare reports for senior management.

    Recruitment Duties:

    • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent across various roles and departments.
    • Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
    • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide staffing solutions.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
    • Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure they are set up for success within the company.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in project management, including familiarity with project management software and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
    • Strong recruitment background with experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various industries.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges proactively.
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar.
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
    • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
