Were looking for a Sales & Marketing Expert to join our reputable team of dedicated teammates. This is a unique, customer centric role in a high volume, start-up environment. Specialists actively engage their assigned book of business in order to improve social media marketing outcomes they love people, they love technology and they are passionate about connecting their customers with the right solutions. You are responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and soft selling the product by providing support to current and prospective customers. The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap. The position is full time, and all candidates must have open availability to work shifts between 7am-6pm CT, Monday through Friday, including some holidays. Responsibilities * Manages all sales and marketing inquiries using Salesforce * Services existing accounts and obtains orders by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential ecommerce contacts * Engages with 30+ customers daily * Prioritizes customer demands and needs across telephone, email and social media channels * Concise and articulate in speech and writing; excels at customer correspondence * Cultivates ongoing customer relationships through follow-ups and personalized service * Manages difficult or emotional customer interactions professionally and gracefully * Partners with customers and recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments * Collaborates with team members to find new processes and department solutions. * Using basic research means to contact companies and speak with the decision makers. Qualifications * Must be a confident communicator and be able to build rapport and relationships with ease * Must have a genuine interest in people and concern for customers * Be energetic and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment * Can shift modes easily and interact with all walks of life * Minimum one year of sales and/or marketing experience (call center environment is a plus) * Proven working experience in Social Media marketing, eCommerce, sales and/or business development * Proficient using helpdesk software (Salesforce experience is a plus) * Must be available to work some holidays. * Must have reliable transportation. * Bachelors Degree or higher is required.
