Inflight Services The Inflight Services department includes flight attendants and the teams that support them. Job overview and responsibilities Responsible for providing operational and administrative support within the Inflight bases/domiciles. * Provides support to base management in assisting flight attendants with resolving operational, service, and marketing related questions and problems * Perform administrative duties as needed for personnel maintenance matters * Provides information to flight attendants as directed and formats flight attendant feedback according to local and division guidelines * Provide admin and clerical support to Inflight base supervisors * Maintain personnel files for the flight attendant group * Log attendance related information on attendance cards
