Core Responsibilites

• Production support – spot/stud weld fault recovery, document faults for optimization.
• Process improvements – expulsion reduction, continuous STC optimization.
• Training – share best practices, share knowledge with maintenance team, assist develop training materials.

Qualifications

• Strong background in resistance and arc welding.
• Bosch 7000 weld controller knowledge and experience.
• Experience in making and optimizing STC curves.
• Experience with Stanley stud systems a plus.
• Arc welding experience with Fronius welders a plus.

• Experience with the Core responsibilities supporting the assembly plants for any of the following industries will be considered: Heavy Trucks, Military Vehicles, Aircraft, Train, Automobile, large Agriculture equipment, heavy Machinery, or heavy Construction equipment.
