Vendor Relations Analyst Direct Energy, LP - Houston, TX 77046 Responsibilities Demonstrate proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications Responsible for TPV (third party verification) suppliers overall performance Subject matter expert for all TPV scripting, programming, and deployment Subject matter expert on pricing deployment through various pricing platforms/systems Delivers effective communication between suppliers and internal stakeholders Ensures projects, initiatives and implementations are adequately supported by the supplier Manages the development and completion of system and process integrations between the business platforms and TPV vendors Identifies continuous improvement opportunities and aligns with the business on execution Act as a liaison between Commercial, Pricing Operations, IT groups to deploy products, promotions and campaigns for successful verification in the market Coordinates and drives the front line of TPV operations and provides initiative management support to the business Works on complex issues requiring analysis of situations and knowledge of the business and its processes with TPV suppliers Regularly interacts with business stakeholders to provide a formal intake process of initiatives as well as updates on execution timelines and delivery Formulate techniques and solutions for quality data collection and management Build and implement quality controls throughout the sales verification journey Troubleshoot data and functional related problems Monitor and analyze TPV reporting data and provide trends analysis to the business and the field Provide off-line support and troubleshoot outages and issues experienced in the sales field Establish KPIs with TPV vendors and deliver quarterly business reviews to report performance to the business Create and establish business processes between the business and TPV vendors Requirements 1-3 years of vendor relations experience required Strong interpersonal skills required; experience in collaborative working environment desired Knowledge of retail electricity and natural gas markets desired Recent college graduate desired PLEASE APPLY ONLINE by hitting the ' Apply ' button.
