- our people! This position will be responsible for all WellView
reporting and RigView scheduling including, but not limited to: General
support of Drilling, Completion, and Production reporting in multiple
basins Become subject matter expert in WellView and RigView software,
providing training/coaching to company personnel as necessary Coordinate
with IT and vendors to leverage data sharing capabilities between
WellView and other data systems Initiate well creation and data quality
within RigView & WellView systems Ensure the accuracy of daily field
reports and work with field personnel to revise as necessary Provide
general support for minor troubleshooting of reporting system for field
personnel Recommend and lead initiatives to better capture data in the
reporting system Input historical well data in WellView in preparation
for well work (including well schematics). Steward the rig schedule and
maintain its accuracy in RigView software Assist operations team with
miscellaneous regulatory and accounting tasks Assist operations and
engineering teams in data collection and analysis Be the primary point
of contact for partner reporting -This position would be located in the
downtown Houston office with periodic trips to field locations and
satellite offices. Job Overview This job is responsible for overseeing
and developing oil and gas projects. Employees in this role complete
projects to meet production goals in an efficient and cost saving
manner. This position evaluates project performance and upside potential
for asset acquisition and divestment. Job Duties & Responsibilities
-Develops, implements and maintains programs to ensure job quality,
safety, and cost -Prepares and provides information in order to obtain
regulatory permits -Evaluates and ranks new opportunities -Implements
strategies to improve current plans to continually refine operations to
contain costs -Works with operating partners to identify and pick new
locations, perforations and completion techniques -Analyzes offset and
competitor data and trends in order to improve performance -Provides
accurate and timely well cost estimates -Recommends and applies new
technology in drilling and completions -Makes recommendations to
strategic plans -Maintains a safe work environment by following and
enforcing standards and procedures -Ensures field activities are in
compliance with company policies and government regulations -Performs
other job-related duties as assigned Required Qualifications -Bachelors
