  • Responsibilities

    Wing is hiring a driven, resourceful Events Coordinator to work cross-functionally across events and research for founders and executives. The entry-level position is designed for recent graduates with less than four years of experience.

    Wing hosts a series of exclusive, invitation-only, senior executive summits and meetings. Wing’s inaugural event is The Wing Summit on Security, taking place March 4 at the Ritz-Carlton in San Francisco.

    Key responsibilities include: • Build tracking lists of speakers and attendees from Fortune 500 corporations and startups • Conduct research and formulate insights for event content (themes, questions, debates) • Prepare, send, and track invitations across multiple events simultaneously • Correspond with speaker and attendee teams on content, registration, and logistics • Update/maintain data in internal databases (entry, retrieval, and reporting)

  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree required from top undergraduate program
    • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
    • Self-motivated and strong work ethic
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, environment
    • Demonstrates a “growth mindset”, eager to test new ideas with team
    • Top-notch professionalism, integrity and relationship-building skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required
