Job Posting Title Quality Assurance Specialist Job Description The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist serves as a technical resource responsible for daily quality monitoring and remediation. Responsibilities * Complete concurrent quality control and reconciliation * Perform quality reviews and analysis of cases to prevent errors based on compliance, service level agreements, and regulatory guidance * Discover outliers and areas of improvement on work product of reviewers * Serve as technical resource for questions related to daily quality monitoring process and workflow * Provide feedback and remediation based on findings * Assist with research and completion of various ad hoc projects * Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications * High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED is required * 1 year of office experience with desktop tools * Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship Additional Qualifications * Ability to be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision * Demonstrated organizational, analytical, interpretive, and time management skills * Ability to make consistent and unbiased decisions * Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills * Ability to analyze data using analytical tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel) Preferred Qualifications * National Pharmacy Technician Certification through PTCB or ExCPTnbsp; (CPhT) * Healthcare, audit, and/or reporting and metrics environment experience Minimum Physical Job Requirements * Ability to work in a flexible schedule which may include weekends, holidays, or shifts outside of Primes core business hours of 9:00am-3:00pm and overtime * Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear * Frequently required to reach with hands and arms * Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch * Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds * Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus Reporting Structure * Reports to Supervisor, Manager, Director, or Senior Director in the PBM Operations, Clinical Review, Networks, or Pharmacy Audit Department Prime Therapeutics LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
