    Technical Support: Be the Hero

    • Bridge the gap between customers and factory support, ensuring seamless communication.
    • Roll up your sleeves and visit job sites to solve technical puzzles in the field.

    • Manage defective equipment (DOA) with skill, repairing items for resale and reducing waste.

    Sales: Inspire and Educate
