About Camp Inspire: Camp Inspire is a specialized summer camp dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for children with special needs, mainly autism. Our mission is to combine fun and skill-building opportunities to help campers grow and thrive. We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team for the summer season as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and small group support to campers during daily activities.

Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

Encourage social skill development and positive behaviors in a camp setting.

Collaborate with camp staff, including counselors, BCBAs, and teachers, to ensure camper success.

Participate in engaging camp activities, including art, music, sensory play, and group games, while maintaining a focus on camper goals.

Qualifications:

Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.

Experience working with children with special needs in educational, therapeutic, or camp settings is preferred.

Strong communication, reliability and teamwork skills.

Enthusiastic, patient, and compassionate approach to working with children.

Must have a vehicle

Not an RBT Yet? We support candidates who are passionate about working with children with special needs but do not yet hold an RBT certification. Upon hiring, we will guide you in obtaining the necessary certification to excel in this role.
