You will take part in general accounting tasks which support the day to day operations of the business while also supporting more long term projects.

LOCATION: Midtown Manhattan

START DATE: December 2020

This internship is available on a part-time basis (approximately 20 hours per week or 2.5 days each week) and will pay $15/hr

Responsibilities:

• Assist internal accountants with the collection and filing of client information.
• Preparation and filing tax return extensions
• Reach out and follow up on client-related tasks
• Offer platform support and introduction to our client portal.
• Set client meetings via telephone for the tax accountants.

 Qualifications/Requirements:

• Junior or Senior working towards BS Accounting.  Completion of Intermediate Accounting I (must be a returning student in the fall of 2021)
• Previous experience with finance/accounting and/or bookkeeping (preferred)
