    We’re looking for a driven and outgoing individual to lead full-cycle recruiting (from posting jobs to interviewing candidates to making offers) and help us grow our current and future teams in Pittsburgh, PA.

    We have a fast-paced operation of approximately 20-40+ employees (depending on time of year) on our team. This is a great opportunity for someone that enjoys recruiting, seeks variety, and wants the opportunity to drive best practice hiring processes. You have a “whatever it takes” attitude and are committed to maintaining our people-centric culture that delivers excellent customer experiences.

    WHAT YOU BRING:

    • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (attracting, screening, interviewing and hiring), preferably with high-volume and/or front-line hiring.
    • Key attributes include being outgoing, innovative, collaborative and self-motivated
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to generate ongoing pipelines of qualified candidates as well as adjust to peak hiring times
    • Strategic thinking to proactively source and recruit for current and future company needs
    • Experience working with job boards, applicant tracking systems, or other systems to complete work
    • Interest in attending recruiting-related community events and working with local campus and employment groups representatives to promote our employer brand to target groups.

    In addition to recruiting, you’ll be involved with the development of onboarding, training and career growth programs for new and existing employees. You’ll oversee employee scheduling/dispatching and other functions related to people with occasional support in other areas of the business as needed.

This opportunity offers a competitive base compensation of $40k-50k annually (based on relevant experience and applicable skills), plus incentive/bonus opportunities for meeting recruiting, retention and labor management goals.
