    Responsibilities:

    Proactively connect with potential customers via outbound calls, referrals, and networking to generate leads.

    Educate clients about Allstate insurance products, including auto and home coverage.

    Recommend personalized coverage options tailored to each client’s unique needs.

    Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and foster long-term relationships.

    Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and agency targets.

    Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups using agency systems.

    Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to enhance your expertise.

    Requirements:

    Must hold a valid insurance license (required before starting).

    Proven experience in sales with a track record of success.

    Self-motivated and driven, with a proactive approach to achieving goals.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Coachable, eager to learn, and open to constructive feedback.

    Passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
