$0–$25,000 Premiums: 10%
$25,001–$50,000 Premiums: 15%
$50,001+ Premiums: 20%
Bonuses:
$250 bonus for achieving $30,000 in monthly new business premiums.
$100 monthly bonus for maintaining a 90% Policy Bundling Ratio (PBR).

Your Responsibilities:
Generate and close new business by offering Allstate’s wide range of insurance products.
Build lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and personalized solutions.
Achieve sales goals and maintain consistent production to qualify for commissions and bonuses.
What You Bring:
A valid Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (Life & Health license is a plus).
Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to work independently and meet deadlines.
Access to a reliable phone, computer, and internet connection to manage your business activities.
