We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on a contract basis. This role requires the technician to handle a wide range of facility repairs and maintenance tasks at multiple locations in Brentwood, Stockton, and Elk Grove, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in basic maintenance work, a strong work ethic, and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively. This position is flexible and work hours will be scheduled as needed, but are not guaranteed.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs across multiple facilities, including general building upkeep.

Handle special projects as assigned, such as installations or system upgrades.

Provide handyman services.

Respond promptly to facility needs and repair requests from management.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Complete other maintenance-related tasks as required.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of general maintenance experience or equivalent.

Must possess and maintain current liability insurance.

Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between Brentwood, Stockton, and Elk Grove, CA.

Flexible availability to accommodate varied work hours as needed.

Ability to troubleshoot and address issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Electrical experience and certification (strongly preferred).

Advanced certifications pertaining to facility maintenance or construction.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Additional Information:

This is a 1099 contracted position, and work hours will vary based on facility needs.

All contractors must adhere to safety standards and company guidelines.

Work is not guaranteed and may vary in frequency.
