    We are seeking a professional and responsible individual to use their own vehicle to serve as an Independent Contractor for the delivery of durable medical equipment to our patients’ homes.

    The Patient Care Associate (PCA) works with the Wound Care Consultant and Regionals Sales Manager to properly and efficiently support patient care by performing the duties outlined below when requested.

    THIS IS A 1099 INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION

    Pay ------$200 for every delivery and set up; $200 for every pickup

    Description

    • Supports sales with product delivery and trouble-shooting support.
    • Delivers medical equipment, sets-up equipment, provides patient support, picks up medical equipment.
    • Ensure all medical equipment is clean upon delivery and pick-up.
    • Coordinates paperwork with the customer service team.
    • Communicates changes in patient statuses with both your wound care consultant and customer service team in real-time.
    • Maintains proper levels of equipment and consumable stock.
    • Contacts and visits patients to help them use the company’s products and services properly.
    • Handles queries about company products and services from patients.
    • Gains knowledge and understanding of products and services.
    • Provides professional, knowledgeable, courteous customer service.

    General Requirements

    • Good driving record.
    • Valid Driver’s License.
    • Valid and current car insurance.
    • Own their own vehicle.
    • Clinical background and experience a plus
