    Position: Site Superintendent (1099 – Independent Contractor)

    Job Description:

    As a Site Superintendent for Temporary Wall Systems Tampa, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our containment projects. We are seeking a proactive, hands-on individual who can effectively organize labor, manage materials, and oversee all aspects of project execution from start to finish. This position requires a working superintendent who is not only capable of driving a box truck and transporting equipment but is also able to both participate in and supervise installations and removals. Site Superintendent may also participate in project site visits, determining project requirements and assisting with proposal development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Oversee Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day activities on job sites, ensuring that all project tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.

    Labor Coordination: Determine and organize the necessary labor for each project, ensuring that the right personnel are assigned to specific tasks.

    Material Management: Gather and transport materials and equipment to and from project sites, including driving a 16-foot box truck when needed.

    Installation & Removal: Supervise the installation and removal of containment systems, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety protocols.

    Inventory & Site Visits: Manage inventory and accompany the Account Executive on site visits to review progress and address any issues.

    Collaboration: Work closely with the TWS Tampa Owner to ensure project alignment with company goals and client expectations.

    Qualifications:

    Experience: Minimum of 8 years in commercial construction, with a preference for experience in medical facility containment.

    Technical Skills: Ability to read and understand building and site construction plans, with hands-on experience managing daily construction site activities.

    Knowledge: Strong understanding of OSHA requirements, construction scheduling, and ADA codes.

    Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information from site/building plans to crew and subcontractors.

    Work Ethic: Demonstrated integrity, dedication, and a strong work ethic, with a proven track record of on-time project completion within budget.

    Safety: Proven safety record with the ability to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.

    Time Management: Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work weekends, after hours, and travel as required.

    Certification: ICRA Certification is desirable but not required.
