Job Description:

Temporary Wall Systems Tampa is looking for a proactive Site Superintendent to manage and oversee containment projects. You will be responsible for organizing labor, managing materials, and supervising installations and removals. The role includes driving a box truck to transport equipment, coordinating project tasks, and collaborating with the team for successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Daily Operations: Oversee job site tasks, ensuring efficiency and quality.

Labor Coordination: Organize and assign the right personnel for each project.

Material Management: Transport materials and equipment, including driving a 16-foot box truck.

Installations & Removals: Supervise containment system installations and removals.

Inventory & Site Visits: Manage inventory and assist with site visits and progress reviews.

Collaboration: Work with TWS Tampa Owner to meet project goals and client expectations.

Qualifications:

Experience: 8+ years in commercial construction, medical facility containment preferred.

Skills: Ability to read construction plans and manage daily site activities.

Knowledge: Familiar with OSHA regulations, construction scheduling, and ADA codes.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Work Ethic: Proven track record of timely, budget-conscious project completion.

Safety: Strong safety focus with the ability to address potential hazards.

Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work flexible hours.

Certification: ICRA Certification is a plus but not required.
