We are seeking high energy, self-motivated team members to join the Cleaning Crew at our amazing restaurant. The hours are from 10PM until 4AM. Must be reliable and dependable.

Must be able to perform a variety cleaning and light maintenance duties in all building spaces including: Kitchen, Dining area, Restrooms, back loading and unloading area and entrance areas to the restaurant, in accordance with employer standards. Must be obsessed with cleanliness.

1. Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.

2. Gather and empty trash.

3. Service, clean, and supply restrooms.

4. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment as required.

5. Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors upon leaving the building.

6. Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.

7. Notify Management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.

8. Follow all health and safety regulations.

9. Wash dishes, pans and clean kitchen area, move kitchen equipment and clean under tables, clean surface areas, ensure kitchen is cleaned and ready for operations the next day.

10. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Open availability 10PM until 4AM
• Dependability - like early morning hours
• Able to Work Saturdays
• Must have good math skills
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds consistently
• Ability to work independently with little oversight
