Who We’re Looking For · Previous retail merchandising experience, preferably in a supermarket/grocery setting
· A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
· Someone who is comfortable in changing environments
· Someone who is able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include:
o Standing and walking 3-8hrs
o Lifting up to 50 lbs
o Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
· Possesses excellent organizational skills
· A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners.
· Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
What You’ll Be Doing · Execute all merchandising tasks in assigned territory utilizing company software to record accomplishments.
· Rotate product, condense and stock displays, maintain shelf, pack out all client deliveries, place new orders as required.
· Report observations regularly to management regarding stock level, out-of-stock situations, and competitive threats.
· Collaborate with management on all major retail initiatives (new product introductions, price promotions, resets, new store openings, special projects, etc.)
· Develop and sell all key store personnel on major principal objectives such as brand information, shelf standards, promotional activity, etc.
