What You'll Do: Bartender

• Craft and serve high-quality cocktails, wine, and beverages with precision.
• Provide outstanding service and engage with guests to enhance their experience.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar, including prep work.
• Follow recipes and presentation guidelines while also offering creative input.
• Check IDs and follow all alcohol service laws and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Handle transactions and process payments accurately.

What We're Looking For: Bartender

✔ Previous bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale setting preferred.
✔ Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, and beer.
✔ Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
✔ A passion for hospitality and delivering top-tier guest experiences.
✔ Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
✔ Responsible Beverage Service Certification.

Must be able to obtain a Valid Bartending License for the City of Franklin

• Uphold health and safety standards to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
