Job Description Class A OTR Truck Driver

• Pay: Average gross pay of $2,000 for drivers who run 1800 miles and 4 number of loads. Average of $1400 weekly after tax

  • unload Pay: $240 per load

  • Stop Pay: $25 per stop

  • Backhaul Pay: $50 per backhaul

  • Average Gross Pay: $2,000 per week for 1800 miles and 4 loads

  • Average Weekly Pay After Tax: $1,400

• Home Time:

  • Home weekly for a 34-hour reset, primarily on weekends

• Shift:

  • Early morning start, delivering to multiple Dollar Tree stores throughout the day

• Equipment:

  • Fleet includes Internationals, Freightliners, and Kenworths

• Lane Info:

  • Deliveries to ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, AR, MO, IA, MN, WI, IL, KY, TN, IN

• Running Areas or Region:

  • Dedicated runs covering various Dollar Tree store locations

• Touch or No Touch Freight:

  • 100% touch freight requiring manual unloading

• Additional Details:

  • Sign-On Bonus: $500 after the first load, $500 at 30 days

  • 1 week ride-along with a current driver at $150 per day

  • Must have secure parking location for truck and trailer

  • New hires need to arrive with 2 weeks' worth of supplies for orientation

  • Training will be conducted in Warrensburg, MO; drivers will be seated in a truck immediately upon hire

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 21 Years of Age

• Must have a minimum of 3 Full Months Class A Driving Experience
