Job Title: Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)

Location: Bayonne, New Jersey

Schedule: 12 PM - 5 PM, 4 days per week

Rate: $21 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide personalized care for a client in Bayonne, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for helping others and will provide top-notch care and companionship to our client.

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and walking

Administer prescribed medications and monitor health conditions

Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs

Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and laundry

Provide companionship and emotional support

Assist with pet care, as the client has cats

Communicate regularly with the client’s family and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

Valid New Jersey State Home Health Aide Certification

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a home health aide

Comfortable working in a home with cats

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor

Reliable, punctual, and able to follow a set schedule
