    Job Title: Live Chat Agent

    Summary:
    We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Live Chat Agent to join our customer support team. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform. This is a remote position that requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and technical proficiency.

    Responsibilities :
    1. Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner via our live chat platform.
    2. Answer questions, provide product information, and facilitate online orders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
    3. Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department if necessary.
    4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers and promote sales.
    5. Actively listen to customer concerns, identify the root cause of issues, and propose appropriate solutions.
    6. Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries have been resolved and provide additional assistance if needed.

    Requirements :
    1. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or coursework in customer service or a related field is a plus.
    2. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat, call center, or online environment.
    3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to type quickly and accurately.
    4. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
    5. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to handle high chat volumes.
    6. Proficiency in using live chat software, CRM systems, and other relevant software applications.
    7. Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
    8. Exceptional listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
    9. Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including weekends and public holidays.
    10. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
