We are looking for a Data Analyst to deliver business insights by leveraging data collected to analyze and present across the enterprise in support of core business software utilizing business knowledge, and technical skills. This position will report to the Toccoa, GA Home Office location with ability to work remote on an agreed upon schedule. A Data Analyst has a key role within the Analytics and Risk department to understand data and the business to extract, summarize, analyze, and report information that helps 1st Franklin to improve our performance and aid our customers. The Data Analyst works in a team environment to learn from others, contribute their knowledge, and to develop/enhance their coding and critical thinking skills. Collaborates with business stakeholders to understand and develop analyses or reports b. Utilizes data for analysis and review c. Analyses and interprets data collected to ensure accuracy and validity d. Creates, maintains, and monitors reports to provide clear and concise results Creates an Exceptional Customer Experience a. Delivers accurate and timely work b. Completes unstructured analyses autonomously c.
