Job Description

Mortgage loan processor for retail loans. Will work as part of a processing pool as opposed to being assigned to just one loan officer. Loans are done all over the country so will be working with geographically dispersed borrowers.  Good phone and people skills are essential.  Must have loan processing experience.

1st Tribal Lending is an independently managed division of Mid America Mortgage, Inc. 1st Tribal specializes in the HUD Section 184 loan guaranty program for Native Americans to buy and build homes both on and off reservations. Section 184 loans are very similar to FHA loans with some minor documentation differences.
