  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    We are looking for quality candidates for 1st and 3rd shift Production Operator positions at S.B. Foot Tanning Company. Our Production Operator positions require adherence to safe work practices, quality output, attention to detail and efficiency. Employees may work in team settings and/or independently.

    Pay Rates: Starting wage is a base pay of $23.25/hour , and once qualified on a specific job, the base rate may increase to anywhere from $23.25/hour to $28.40/hour. There is also an additional $0.55 cent/hour shift premium for 3rd shift.

    • 1st shift hours: 6:00am 2:00pm Monday - Friday.
    • 3rd shift hours: 10:00pm - 6:00am Sunday - Thursday.

    Must be available to work overtime as needed.

    Our manufacturing facility is a union shop and offers very competitive wages and benefits.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 0-2 years of experience in a light industrial or manufacturing environment
    • Ability to lift/carry/toss up to 55 pounds
    • Ability to frequently stand, twist, bend, grasp and additional movement as required by specific jobs.
