Job Description

• To support project management, program advisory, and cost management commissions.
• Project Management (Real Estate Sector): Support of managing, regulating, and supervising construction processes, from the pre-construction phase, track deliverables during the construction phase, evaluate project delivery, and close out at the end of the initiative.
• • Program Advisory (Supports all Sectors): Our Program Advisory business, set up in 2018, offers services to clients in the strategy, set-up and transition and transformation of their capability to deliver major programs and projects both in the US and globally, with a market leading client base across all sectors. Our key differentiator is that we offer practical, accessible advice informed and underpinned by broad technical delivery capability and industry experience of our core business. This role would require strong data analytics skills, experience with digital visualization tools, and strong research capabilities.
• • Program Management (Real Estate Sector): We explore clients unique business landscape to define what successful investments means to them. This includes formulating the right strategies, providing leadership, and implementing best practice program controls – across cost management, scheduling, risk management, quality, reporting and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Data Analytics, or equivalent
• The tenacity and drive to inject value and create solutions.
• Develops good working relationships with project team.
• Good organization skills, ability to multi-task, and be a team player.
• Excellent communication skills.

Additional Information

The salary range for this full-time internship role is $20/hr-$25/hr. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
